Return Policy
Art Prints & Jewelry:
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of item. ** Example: Item received on the 1st of the month must be post marked ON or BEFORE the 14th day of the same month.
Items received with post marks after the 14th day are subject to a partial refund or no refund at Artist’s discretion. Please plan accordingly.
Item must be in original condition. Items will be inspected for damage.
If item is not in original condition, a refund will not be issued.
Return shipping is at customer’s expense.
Special Note for Jewelry: Due to the custom hand-made, one-of-a-kind nature of jewelry pieces… exact duplication is impossible. If an item is lost or stolen in the process of delivery; arrangements can be made with the Artist for a similar product. You may need to consult with your local post office to see if you need to file a claim for the items. This situation will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
